This Policy is an official document of the Destarion web resource, available at https://destarion.com, and establishes the procedure for processing and protecting information about Users.

Relations related to the collection, storage, distribution, and protection of information about Users of the Website are governed by this Policy, the User Agreement, other official documents of the Website Administration, and applicable legislation.

By registering on the Website and using it, the User agrees to the terms set forth in this Policy. If the User does not agree with this Policy, the use of the Website and its services must be immediately discontinued.

All payments on the Destarion.com website are considered voluntary donations.

The Website Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information received (collected) from Users, except in cases where such verification is necessary to fulfill the Website Administration’s obligations to the User.

The Website Administration does not require the provision of personal data; however, in cases where such data is voluntarily provided by the User, only the information necessary to maintain communication with the User may be stored.

The transfer is necessary within the scope of the User’s use of the Website;

Policy Implementation and Amendments

This Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website and remains valid indefinitely until replaced by a new version.

The current version of the Policy is a public document.

The Website Administration reserves the right to amend the Policy. When changes are made, the Administration will notify Users by publishing the updated version on the Website at its permanent address.

Continued use of the Website by the User after the new version of the Policy is published shall be deemed by the Parties as full acceptance of the new terms by the User.


Composition of Personal Data

Users’ personal data includes the information provided by the Users, which is minimally necessary for registration on the Website.
