Refund Policy

By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement that after a successful transaction, they will not initiate disputes or file claims with payment processors.

Refunds are made only to the original payment method used (bank card or e-wallet).

A refund request can be submitted within 24 hours from the time of placing an order or topping up the balance.

In case of suspicious activity or fraudulent behavior, the user's subscription may be suspended without prior notice.

Refund requests must be submitted by contacting the support service of the corresponding bot.

The refund will be issued to the payment system chosen by the user when submitting the refund request.

We are not responsible for any fees charged by payment processors during the refund process. The user will be notified of any possible fees at the time of submitting the refund request.
